Treasurer
I have been Trustee & Treasurer for YL since it’s incorporation on 17 Jan 2013, but my support as Treasurer extends back to when the charity/organisation was Leicestershire Clubs for Young People.
My role as Treasurer is to account for the finances and provide a sound financial governance framework to help fellow Trustees/Committee members and staff better understand and manage the Charity’s finances. In particular ensuring that all funds and assets are controlled and safeguarded for the benefit of the charity, and the young people organisations which we support.
I am a practising qualified accountant FCMA and have a range of clients some of which are also charities.
When I am not working, I enjoy a round of Golf.
