PAC is a youth-led initiative empowering young people—especially those with lived experience of crime and violence—to shape safer communities and drive meaningful change.
We are working in partnership with the VRN – Meet our PAC Leads (video)
Twelve PAC Leads (aged 16–20) are being trained as peer researchers. They’ll design and carry out research with over 500 young people, focusing on policing. Working alongside experts, they’ll develop key questions, analyse findings, and present powerful recommendations to decision-makers.
These are paid roles—recognising the value of young people’s time, skills, and insight.
Building on the research, these young leaders will co-create and deliver projects that make a real difference. They’ll bring together:

100 Social Action Participants
—opening up opportunities for more young people to get involved, volunteer, and lead change in their communities.
