Members allocated with unique log in details on our website, so that you can download and edit to best suit your needs.

Your own webpage
Our directory gives you a page you can manage and edit, as you see fit. Enabling you to reach a wider audience, showcase what you do and where you do it.
Access to minibus
Full members are allocated 5 half days, free of charge, (a saving of £225) associates can have 5 half days per year at a significantly reduced cost of £45 per use – all groups responsible for own diesel (booking form required).
Independent examiners for accounts
Our treasurer is well experienced in charitable accounts, and can provide a reduced cost service should you require it.
Support at committee meetings
Our CEO and Membership Development Officer are more than happy to attend at least one meeting per year.
Governance support
Our Membership Support Group are happy to provide support and guidance, depending on your needs.
Management of funding contracts
For newly established groups or smaller groups, to gain the experience in manage funding contracts.
Employment of staff and/or use of payroll system
YL is happy to employ staff and deal with HMRC, via a monthly re-charge service.
Space in the office
There is a hot desk available in the office, members are free to pop in and use the facilities if required.
Colour photocopying
Odd copies are free of charge, anything more substantial may incur a small charge.
Full voting rights at annual review

Membership Support Group
Members are welcome to join our Membership Support Group to help ensure that, Young Leicestershire is meeting the needs of the members.
In-house training
Members are able to access, 6 free places per year for in-house training, all other members are offered significant discounts.
Disclosure and Barring Services
No admin fee is charged to full members; associate members will pay a £5.00 per person for administration.
Funding advice and information
We have years of experience of working closely with Parish Councils, The Home Office and major funders.
Attendance at networking meetings
This is your chance to meet funders, share good practice, issues or concerns and make connections with other groups.
Annual volunteer awards
Presented at our AGM, which celebrates the work of our members, volunteers and young people.
Strategic representation
Our CEO attends the Early Help Partnership Board and The Children and Families Partnership Board for LCC, we are also the East Midlands Regional Network Lead for The Centre for Youth Impact
Part of a county and city-wide organisation
We support groups across the County and City – this is a growing network with a diverse membership, from uniformed groups, sports facilities, young carers, special educational needs and disabilities, open access and detached.
